Nonprofit Compliance

Valerie has worked with a number of organizations to secure tax exemption status from federal and state agencies. This includes the spinoff of an organization from a major hospital system and the spinoff of a local community-based organization from a family foundation. She has created webinars and workshops on creating new organizations and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. She works with clients from time to create compliance calendars, board books and to make sure they are in good standing with the IRS, Attorney General and the Secretary of State. Valerie will work with you to create new organizations, to review your application for nonprofit status and to ensure that your organization is up to date with its filings.
