Capacity Building Blocks

In an effort to help nonprofit organizations prepare for change, Valerie F. Leonard will be facilitating Capacity Building Blocks ^TM. The interactive workshops will provide an in-depth organizational assessment, and balance of instruction, case studies and group

activities designed to help participants strengthen their organizations’ infrastructure, and position them for long term sustainability.

The workshops will take place every Tuesday, from September 15, through November 17, 2009 at the Garfield Park Conservatory,

300 North Central Park, from 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 noon. The fee for each workshop ranges from $65.00-$45.00, depending

upon the number of workshops and/or participants.
