A number of events can trigger the need for an organizational assessment.  These can include things like an organization's natural progression from one growth stage to another, a decision to undertake a major project, a strategic planning process, or the introduction of a new product or service in response to changes in the competitive environment.  Depending upon the needs of the client, Ms. Leonard uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess organizational effectiveness, taking into account such variables as organizational structure and decision making models, leadership capacity, and profitability. Ms. Leonard works with management and key stakeholders to analyze and improve the the efficiency of the department or organization.
